Shipping Policies
In-stock items are shipped aproximately
24–72 hours from the time we receive your order and payment. For orders on
custom products, there is an additional lead time. OnLine Commerce Limited
will email or phone the customer with an approximate ship date in these cases.
When placing an order you must provide us with your complete street address in
the Shipping Information section of the checkout form. Our carrier cannot
deliver to PO boxes. Shipping time depends on your shipping address and we do
not have control over delays by our shipper.
Shipping Locations
Our products are made in Indonesia.
We also have warehouses in Malaysia.
Products can either be shipped from Indonesia
or Malaysia depending on the availability of stock.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated online in
realtime using quotes from our carriers. We will use the most cost effective
and fastest carriers for delivery of your order. In cases where the shipping
cost will be substaintially different from the amount quoted online, you will
always be contacted with the actual shipping cost before your order is
processed. At this time you may either confirm or cancel your order.
Returns
OnLine Commerce Limited will make every effort
to ensure that each customer is 100% satisfied with every order. For items
that are kept in stock at Online Commerce, the value of the product will be
given to each item returned in its original condition. Items should be
accompanied by a receipt. However, the shipping cost will not be refunded as
we have already incurred the cost by shipping the item to you. Customers will
have to pay for the return shipping charges.
Claims & Damages
Online Commerce Ltd. will carefully package
each order prior to shipping to ensure your purchase arrives undamaged. Should
you receive an item damaged in shipping, please contact us for a damage claim
within 48 hours following the receipt of your order. Please provide a
telephone number and an email address where we may contact you. At the time
you place your claim we will contact you with information on what to do with
the damaged item and refund details. Please be sure to retain the original
shipping container and packaging material since they will be required for
inspection by the shipping company. To conform with the strict policies of our
shipping company, only damage claims following these guidelines will be
honored.
Product Liabilities
OnLine Commerce shall not be liable for
any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages,
including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or other intangible
losses arising from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or
service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not
in accordance with their intended use.
